Hot Fitness Female- 300 Spartan Workout

I really like when guys doing 300 Spartan workout and I decided to make a funny video. I want to say Spartans' Girlfriends were training as well. They wanted to be fit, flexible and look sexy for their men!

Female Fitness- Flexing Biceps for Fun



Real 300 Spartan Workout:
  1. Pull-ups- 25 reps
  2. Dead-lifts-50 reps
  3. Push-ups - 50 reps
  4. 24-inch Box jumps - 50 reps
  5. Floor wipers - 50 reps
  6. Single-arm Clean-and-Press with a Kettlebell - 50 reps
  7. Choose an exercise! - 25 reps    You can do one of the previous exercises or choose another. Don't stop during exercising, between sets.
I will prepare soon other Fitness video with workout for Spartans' Girlfriends. (It will be great for beginners.)

I want to start practising Spartan Push ups. What about you? Are you using them in your workout? Can you see better result in your upper body, more strength....?



It was funny. This dog came while we were taking video. He just lied down and was enjoying sun.
One time he looked me when I was doing stretching exercise. Haha! But other way he didn't care at all some sexy girl training next to him!

Article in magazine- Fitness Rx for women, February 2011 in Greece

When I was working like waitress, I was always reading some fitness magazines on my breaks. Admiring Fitness women. I was interesting what they were eating, about their training and life stories how they started with Fitness.
I am so happy. I managed to be first time in Fitness magazine as well with 6 pages interview.
Here is short translation from Greek to English.
FITNESS HOLIDAY WITH SIMONA!!!
Simona is the live (and very beautiful) proof that beyond all difficulties, small or big, human will can make dreams come true! Simona accomplished with hard work what she always wanted! To be a fitness trainer. She travelled from her country, Czech Republic, to Ireland, Australia, and UK to end up with the love of her life and fulfill in Halkidiki another one of her dreams! Fitness Boot Camp Holidays according to the ancient Greek saying ‘’healthy mind in a healthy body’’!
Greece is very lucky that was chosen by Simona! You will understand why while you read her interview!
Simona, where did you grow up?
In a small town of Czech Republic called Vitkov. There wasn’t any gym or swimming pool.
Were you athletic type as child?
I did horse riding for 4 years with jumps and competed 4 times. When I was a child horses were my life. This sport was not very competitive.
Which were the results of horse riding competitions?
One time I won, but the funny thing is that there were only two competitors! The most important thing was that I did clear jumps and had a fantastic time! As I said young children weren’t much into horse riding as older children. I was around 12 years old. Usually we were never more than 4 children younger than 15 years old.
In school were you involved in athletics?
I did only what I was obliged to do and didn’t like it! Later all my school mates were shocked! I did academic athletics in Australia and I run 21 Km marathon. When we did a reunion meeting everybody was talking about me! They were shocked of how my life has changed.
Why did you leave from Czech Republic?
As I told you I am from a small town called Vitkov. It is very difficult to earn money in Czech Republic. Most people are relocating in Ireland, England... I am from divorced family and we didn’t have money.  So I went in Ireland and started working as waitress. I was training in gym. In Ireland I didn’t like weather. My dream was to become a Fitness trainer. So we decided to go to study Fitness to Australia. Australia is great country for fitness enthusiasts! Everybody was saying to me that I was training hard and I was an inspiration for them.
Did you work in Sydney?
Yes, during my studying in  the Fitness academy I was working in restaurant and in coffee shop. However, I stayed focused on my dreams!
What did you do when you completed your studies?
I returned in Europe in CZ. I rest a bit. My plan was to go in the UK and work as fitness trainer.
So you continued your life in the UK as fitness trainer?
I was there only 10 days and then I met my boyfriend on internet. He invited me here in Greece.
So, this time you came in Greece..
Yes, after 10 days in London I came in Greece for short vacations. However, with my boyfriend we realised we are perfect couple. We are both in to fitness and healthy eating beyond everything else. So, I returned in London to get my things and I came in Greece. It was a big risk. I knew it would be difficult since I didn’t speak Greek, but I wanted to work as fitness instructor! Of course employment in Greece is really difficult..
Are you currently employed?
I had an idea about fitness holidays in Greece and I worked on it. 
Tell me more about your project in Halkidiki. What should your prospective clients know?
Clients will come for vacations that are focused in fitness. Will be more ‘’fit’’, will lose weight, will meet new friends, and have a good time. We are preparing new extra activities as diving, speed boat trip, jet ski, horse riding, and also MMA training with a 4 times world champion in Kick Boxing. We want to offer self defence courses for women because crime is high. Moreover, in case you don’t wish to train, you can come with your friends to support you and they will have very good prices for accommodation and meals. So a fitness enthusiast could come and train with his wife and kids. We also have horse riding for children. Greece and especially Halkidiki is magnificent! We believe we are going to attract people from other countries and we are working hard on this. Fitness holidays are popular everywhere but not yet in Greece.
Please give us some diet tips that make you keep in this excellent condition!
Eat frequently but not late at night. Don’t eat junk food and chocolate. Take care of your body and follow a balanced diet. Eat a lot of fresh vegetables, rice, chicken, fruits. Never avoid breakfast! Don’t have drinks with a lot of calories! Drink water with lemon and your favourite drink in moderation! My favourite food, oats with cocoa help me with my chocolate cravings!
Is there any ‘’prohibited’’ meal that you allow yourself some times?
Yes, chocolate nuts and generally chocolate! I have a shirt that says ‘’I will work for chocolate!’’
Please describe to our readers your typical training week.
In the past I was doing Yoga, Pilates, running, weights.. Now I combine all together. I go to gym 5 times per week. I warm up, I do high intensity training, stretching, and weights. I don’t run much anymore just joking and power walking. Because I was running a lot, I was burning my muscles and damaged my knees. With my current training program I see better results. I had problems with my lower body, but now I see results! In the past I was doing too much cardio but that was not good. We, women, should workout with weights. Moreover, I love body weight training! My goal is to do handstand  push ups in 2011. I am very close to this goal. We have to set new goals often! Not only in fitness but also in our personal and professional life! Because when you meet your goals, the feeling is amazing!

PULL- UPS & THEIR BENEFIT- I am women I can do 5 reps for now.

I was reading interesting article and I would like to share with you:

Many women lack upper body strength. Unfortunately, this can lead to injuries and lack of ability, as many common movements such as lifting a box (or a child!) require strong upper body muscles.

It's wise for all women to strengthen these muscles by working on the two best exercises for them: push-ups and pull-ups. Just because pull-ups and chin-ups are hard, it doesn't mean women can't do them! In fact, you *should* be able to lift your own body with your arms. In nature, this sort of movement is very basic and in fact a matter of survival.

And for men, the benefits of pullups and chinups cannot be emphasized enough: you will build a strong back and enviably muscular arms.

For women, I would set a goal to do at least 1 complete pullup and 2 complete chinups, with a future “ultimate” goal to do at least 3 pull ups and 5 chin ups.

I am woman I must really say I am happy I started doing pull ups. I feel stronger which help me with other training. Also my upper body got in great shape. I have never seen my biceps and  back muscles like now. So girls don't afraid and start practising supported pull ups!

Let's show boys we are strong too!
 I feel great when I know some boys can't even do one pull- ups! haha! I am joking!

 Experts are right when they saying pull ups is the king of back exercises and the benefit of pull ups is that it's a powerful compound exercise as it works more than 1 muscle group. The different muscle groups that pull ups work are the lats which is the primary muscle group and for the secondary muscle groups, you have the biceps, the forearms, the middle back also known as the rhomboids and the rear deltoids or shoulders.

Horse Riding on the beach in Greece- Halkidiki

Fitness is great but I love other activities as well. It is nice to have active break from fitness training and do something different. I remember I had a lot of fun when I was playing soccer with little boy of my friend. She was happy she could have some time for herself. I must say kids are great to keep you fit! HaHa! I used to have dogs and I loved taking them for walk. I was moving a lot of these days so when I settle down I want to have dog again. I really like animals. I did Horse riding for 4 years. Here is video from my Horse riding from the beach in Halkidiki. If you come on holiday to Greece, you can enjoy it as well.

CrossFit Barbara workout- pull ups, push ups, sit ups, squats


I totally fall in love with CrossFit. It is very similar Fitness Boot Camp training.
I went for my third class. We did Barbara workout.
I had no idea before about some Barbara workout.
They explained to me workouts have names.


 Barbara" 5 rounds ( 3 min rest between round)

20 Pull-ups
30 Push-ups
40 Sit-ups
50 Squats
We did only 3 rounds like beginner class without resting time. I meant we had rest when we needed it. haha! My time was 11mins and 7secs.  I did  assisted pull-ups with elastic band.
I'm not still able to do 20 pull-ups.
I really enjoyed class. I can't wait to go for other class. I always like to try something new and learn something new. I believe it is good to shock your body with something. I was doing before mixing fitness workout, running, spinning and Bikram Yoga. If you getting bored with training try something new for change!
I am Fitness instructor but I always like to learn from other trainers as well! I want to be push train harder!

I am doing Push ups everywhere! It is the best exercise for upper body!

Fitness treat for your muscles-Protein Pancakes

Power Protein Pancakes
George is craving for some cake today so I told him I was used to making delicious protein pancakes
My friends really liked it. Even the ones they didn't do Fitness. Here is easy receipt. 


Give treat to your muscles with Super protein pancakes!


Serving for 2 people
1 cup cooked oatmeal 
4 eggs whites
1 cup water
1 teaspoon cinnamon
2 scoops chocolate protein powder ( we are getting today chocolate and peanut butter taste protein powder)
It is up to you if you like vanilla or banana taste
Nonfat cooking spray
strawberries, blueberries, banana  for topping
5 tablespoons fat free yoghurt ( optional) 


In a large bowl mix cooked oatmeal, egg whites, water, cinnamon and protein powder. Coat a non-stick pan with cooking spray, and heat on medium-high. Place two spoons of mixture in the pan. Cook until they are dry around the edges. Turn and cook the other side. Top with yoghurt, if you crave for fruit you can put strawberries, blueberries, banana. It is your imagination...

What do you eat? Are you on special diet?

What do you eat? I am receiving this question many times. We all know if we do 1000 crunches it isn't enough to have great abs.
I have tried so many training and eating plans.
I was eating many food I didn't like it. Sometimes I only ate because it was healthy and had protein.
But nothing I could do for long! I was always looking for something to be satisfied, not to suffer!
Finally I found how to enjoy food and stay in shape and I believe it can work for you as well!
I am going to write what I eat, why and what I tried.
Remember everything takes time so don't be hard on yourself and be patient! Every small change will be good! It is very challenging when someone is offering you chocolate to say no!
Can you imagine I was working like waitress all day around these deserts, bringing them to customers? Can you imagine bringing pizza to someone and you know you can't eat it if you want to have great abs! So if you are saying you work in restaurant or coffee shops and it is hard to follow healthy eating around all amazing tasty food I know how you feel! But still you can do it! I was bringing my own food or it was always choice to have good meal as well. My friends were calling me fruit maniac.
  • First don't drink calories, it is better to eat them ( I used to drink a lot juices, sweet teas, hot chocolate, coca- cola). Now I drink water, black coffee with little skim milk, cocoa with water and little milk. I still sometimes craving for fizzy drink so I drink sparkling mineral water with lemon and sometimes coco-cola zero. 
  • Eat breakfast! I was doing cardio in the morning on empty stomach. You don't have to do it if you have balanced diet. I don't do it now and I have results as well. I managed spinning class in 6 in the morning on empty stomach but I was extremely hungry all day. Here you can see what I eat for breakfast. Cocoa oatmeal with banana. I eat it any time I got munches for chocolate!
  • Eat regularly! Really if you eat 5 times, you feel good, you have energy and you will look good as well! I was trying not to eat mornings or afternoons.You din't have great energy and I definitely was craving for something. Enjoy eating!
  • Don't eat late at night, but have some small snack if you are hungry (yoghurt, boiled eggs mostly whites). I was big believer I can't eat carbs after 6 in the evening but I eat now little oats, even banana and I am OK. I was very hard on myself and I realized I don't have to. I am trying to listen my body what needs! I was reading always so many articles about food. Choose the healthiest way which will work for you. Don't eat something you don't like. 
  • Treat yourself! I was always trying to give up everything. But then I was craving for it more. Say yourself I will have this chocolate for example on Sunday and you will have good time. You will be excited to looking forward. Many times I ended up in super market eating 10 cookies, Snickers....If you have regularly some small treat you won't over done when you get munches.
  • I eat steak, fish, tuna, chicken, eggs. Everyone knows it is a good protein. I was vegetarian for almost 3 years. It didn't work for me. I was always hungry and I was eating too much nuts. Nuts are healthy but they have a lot of fat as well. Instead of portion 200 calories chicken, I easy ate 2000 calories from nuts. I was exercising like crazy, cardio and I didn't see great results.  My lower body was still without shape and lean muscles. I can be without meat.I am not meat lover but I have to say I feel much better eating meat. What about you?
  • Be patient! A lot of my friends say I tried this for 2 weeks and I don't see result. If you will do everything right you will see it! I was doing a lot of mistakes with training and eating. If you think you will train more for better results I realized it isn't truth as well. Really you don't have to killing yourself in gym and dying from hunger. Your body needs rest as well! 
  • I used to drink a lot of protein shakes and I was eating protein bars. I see my body works better with natural food. You don't need to buy expensive proteins bars and shakes.
Believe me if I leave this road of healthy eating I will have belly and my loves handles back very soon!If you like leave comments or ask me more questions. I will be posting more articles about eating in details.
